Our reference rate ($180 weekday / $250 weekend) covers 18 holes of golf, shared motorized cart access with GPS navigation, and private locker room access with complimentary towels and amenities.
What is the dress code and arrival etiquette at Katsura Golf Club?
Collared shirts tucked into tailored trousers or golf shorts are required. Traditional etiquette encourages wearing a smart jacket or blazer when arriving and departing the clubhouse. Soft spikes only (metal spikes prohibited).
Can I ship my golf bag via Yamato Takkyubin to Katsura Golf Club?
Yes. Like most premier Japanese courses, Katsura Golf Club accepts golf bags shipped via Yamato Transport (Takkyubin) directly from your hotel or Narita/Haneda airport 1–2 days prior to your round.
How does the 9-hole lunch break ('hiru kyuukei') work?
In traditional Japanese golf style, golfers enjoy a relaxing 45–60 minute lunch break in the clubhouse restaurant between the front and back 9. Delicious regional Japanese set lunches are available.
