1.1 Book Golf Japan is an online service that helps customers find golf courses in Japan and arranges tee time bookings with those courses.

1.2 Book Golf Japan is not a golf course. Unless we say otherwise, we are not an official partner of the courses listed. The course for your round is shown in your booking details.

2.1 To make a booking, you must provide accurate booking and contact details and follow the instructions shown on the website.

2.2 You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorized use.

2.3 When booking, you may be asked for your play date, preferred tee time, number of golfers, notes, billing name, payment details, and contact information. Your reservation is processed securely upon submission.

3.1 When you submit a booking, we place a hold on your card and email you a receipt. We check the tee time with the course and aim to reply within 2–4 hours. Your card is charged only after the course confirms. If your requested time is not available, we offer the closest available time or release the hold.

3.2 The golf course is responsible for the round and its facilities, including its carts, caddies, and starter desk.

4.1 You must follow the rules of the course, including its dress code, pace of play, and any handicap or age requirements.

5.1 Cancellation and refund policies apply according to each golf course's standard cancellation terms.

6.1 We do not provide insurance. We recommend that you hold your own travel insurance for your trip and your golf equipment.

7.1 We are responsible for losses caused by our breach of these terms.

7.2 We are not responsible for acts or omissions of golf courses except where required by law.

7.3 You are responsible for damage or loss caused by your own breach or negligence.
